An elderly woman was in the office today and was extremely rude. Myself and my 9 month baby came in to tour a one and two bedroom apartment. I called yesterday morning and asked when was a good time to come in and lady on the phone was very kind and pleasant. However, today when I came in the elderly woman was very rude and mean and unwelcoming. She wouldn’t even allow me to tour or view the available apartments the other woman on the phone had mentioned. I’m highly disappointed. Didn’t want to have to take my money elsewhere but I understand.

The best apartments in New Castle County. The Debby, in the office, and Johnny, in maintenance, are very responsive to any problems. They make the effort to maintain and attract good tenants, and they are both a pleasure to work with. I have lived here since 2006 and have never had any problem with bugs or rodents. The apartments are very well designed to give you the maximum living space. I have looked elsewhere and have found nothing to compare. Even with one bedroom apartments in the 900-1100 range the usable square footage at Parklynn cannnot be beat. Washers and Dryers are conveniently located just downstairs in the basement in each building. There is no breed restriction here. So, lovable pitbulls, shepherds, and any breed, large or small are welcome. I highly recommend Parklynn Apartments.

They fired Richard G Knight the best maintenance man in the world, I was relocating there not anymore. If that's the way they treat their employees I wouldn't want to live there.
