Medori Commercial Reality is shockingly good at what they do. We undertook a factory/warehouse search during the Covid-19 pandemic and Tony Medori could not have been more helpful. Not only was he able to provide substantially more vacant space options than the four or five other brokers we contacted, but he made a sincere effort to understand our modest needs, he stayed on top of the multi-week search, and provided us with extremely helpful local Wilmington knowledge (we're not from Wilmington so this service, in particular, was invaluable). When we made our selection, his colleague Valerie was not only super-efficient but also remarkably courteous and friendly. We executed contracts with the landlord over UPS deliveries of documents and took possession on the first day of Delaware's re-opening. In the decades we have worked with property brokers, Medori Commercial Reality is probably the best we've ever partnered with.

You know not the first commercial real estate company to do this but when a client inquires about your services it is so unprofessional to disappear ! Ive gotten no email or phone call like i was promised by this guy. I mean the businesses in delaware are a joke ! Along with the retards working behind the phones . But it may have been meant to be since the person i spoke with couldn't efficiently provide me answers to my questions nor with confidence & as someone who works with business owners everyday . I gott say im not used to seeing such poor effort to wann provide for your client & real education should be implemented . Ty.
