I am a frustrated US citizen not getting any help from FBI services. Please review the facts:nA) Barclaycard's head office is in Wilmington. This bank has not checked or investigated about a fraudulent transfer of a $10,000 from a bank named Independent Banker's Bank in Florida on to my card which has had my transfer balance of $13,250 in May 2015. Now the credit card balance is $23,000 because Barclaycard never removed this additional $10,000 transfer from a bank, I never have dealt or known about..nB) Matter has been reported to branches of Barclaycard in Las Vegas,NV, Philadelphia PA, and Wilmington DE. They are still charging interest and other charges on this increased balance amountnC)Barclaycard has taken no action to help me. Matter has been reported to FBI branches of Delaware, Nevada and Philadelphia but no investigation has been initiated.nD) The latest card statement still shows the inflated balance with interest charges.nE) This card has been discontinued and ACH pmt. arrangement has been stopped.nF) FBI Delaware office is again requested to investigate this with Barclaycard's head office in Wilmington
