Air Temp Solutions

We just purchased two new furnaces from Air Temp. Their sales person was most knowledgeable and helpful for us to make the best choice. Their installation team was superb. Both furnaces were installed in one day with an Air Temp tech coming in the afternoon to tune each for maximum efficiency. I recommend Air Temp with out reservation. I only wish I could give them 6 Stars.nn. Air Temps technicians are the best. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and proactive getting things done. Their last visit was after a lightning strike that took out a circuit board on our AC. The AT technician had the part ordered to be delivered over night so he could install it the next afternoon. Air Temp’s Customer Service Representatives are equally good. I wish that Kate who I talked with today worked for every vendor we deal with because life would be a lot easier if she did.nn.

They arrived before time, were clean, neat, always used their booties when they came in and out the house, they didn’t stop until the job was done. I don’t even recall them taking a lunch. Cleaning up behind themselves was very important to me because I have worked with contractors in the past that did not leave things the way they found them and I would have to clean up after they left. They were extremely receptive to the questions I had, and I can say my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely refer them in the future! I was very pleased with the service I received from Dave and his co-worker from Air Temp Solutions on 10/07/2020. They both were very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. Dave informed me I was using the wrong size filter and measured my vent to give me the correct size. I have always been satisfied with service I receive from Air Temp Solution.

I have to say they came the day after I called and the tech Dave was courteous and understanding. He Reviewed the issues and advised me of the cost and time it would take and the day after it was done and completed. Pricing was good but the service is what made it all worth it. They do make you a priority and to me there's no price on that alone. Definitely would tell my neighbors !!!

Let me tell you a little something about Shawn, Ryan and the guys at air temp. I had some plumbing done in my basement that involved taking up the concrete and adding 3 drains to the existing plumbing as well as water supply piping for 3 fixtures. The first crew where very professional and worked extremely hard .But fell a little short on expectations. I had a small concern and called in and with in a day the manager Shawn came out to review the job. Shawn and Ryan made quick work and did a absolutely amazing job with top notch craftsmanship. I have a lot of experience in the field and I was blown away with their work. For the value I can say it beat out other companies, for the customer service... nothing but the best. I can't thank the guys at air temp solutions enough for going above and beyond.
