The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He identified a capacitor on the air conditioner that needs replacing. This small external part is readily available from multiple vendors for $15 - $30 and takes about 5 minutes to remove and replace using nothing but a hex screwdriver to loosen the bracket. For some reason, the charge for this part plus labor would have been an additional $350! Are you kidding me?! Makes me feel bad for customers that aren’t paying attention during the service call or aren’t mechanically inclined. Situations like this really make me question Horizon Services‘ credibility and ethics. I may be shopping for a new service provider that can look me in the eye and charge for a fair price for parts and actual work accomplished. I want to repeat that the technician did a solid, thorough job and I understand he was just relaying the prices calculated by his Horizon tablet.nnUpdate: after speaking with customer service, they appreciated my input and offered a partial rebate on my service call. I used horizon last week to have my air conditioner checked. My technician Alex was amazing. He was funny he was thorough and you can tell he really likes his job. He was respectful to my home. He wore a mask when he arrived and wore it the whole time which I truly appreciate nowadays. I would recommend Alex to anyone because he did an amazing job and gave us tons of information that we needed to hear. Horizon for the win!

Jeff was outstanding. He cleared a drain in my basement and checked it multiple times to make sure it was clear and working correctly before he left. He was friendly and courteous. He wore the little plastic over his boots so he wouldn't track in dirt. Great job and great company. I will be doing business with Horizon for a long time. I highly recommend their service.

Horizon installed our heat pump and oil furnace and we have been very pleased with the quality of service we have received in the years since our installation. I always request Dan for all our services, when he is available. He knows the answer to any questions we have regarding our equipment and goes into detail to answer the questions. He is also very courteous and respectful.....top quality technician.

Our experience was fantastic! Mike was great, very friendly, arrived right on time, had an answer for every question we had and fixed it right the first time in no time at all!
