Best hero's in DE.

I LOVE Primos. I really do. But there's too few locations in Delaware. This particular one has placed me on hold then seemingly forgotten about it several times over a few month period. Today was the last straw. Placed on hold for 13 minutes before I called back and the call was answered immediately. Then I was told that there was a 45 minute wait for a single sub, after holding for so long. Sorry, but that's just not something I'm gonna spend my money on. I really wish this company would thrive, but they dont seem to be doing a very good job of things.

The employees at this location are so lazy, while being the only customer in the store with 3 workers it takes so long for them to even acknowledge you. Finally after you get to order it takes long to get a cold sandwich. I had one girl keep weighing my sandwich after every slice of meat she put on there, while she could not stay still, kept stepping back and forth like a meth addict?!?!? The food is good though so I gave it two stars but it’s hard to believe that this location stayed open and not rt.40 or Main Street smh.

I purchased a voucher for Primo Hoagies that was still in date and valid. I drove 25 minutes to get the food. Upon arrival, I was told they were no longer honoring this voucher, even though it's in date, and their business name is attached to it, and the food was already made. The excuse was that the owner did not know how to remove his business off the voucher website, how incompetent can you be to not know how to deactivate your account? Very poor service if you are willing to sacrifice business with potential new customers. I can't comment on the food because I never actually got it.

Myself along with 3 other customers standing waiting on food at 11:40 and looks like they haven’t made a single hoagie since they opened. Ordered food online at 11:20 and told estimated time was 20-25 minutes. When I arrived at 11:45 she said it would be 20-30 minutes. Hoagie wasn’t ready until 12:45 (1 hour 25 minutes is ridiculous)
