Trolley Laundry

I utilize this laundromat every week but the lady that works there is very unprofessional and very rude and then when she is told about her actions she tries to clean it up she needs to learn how to speak with people in a manner that is respectful to all persons not just her friends!! NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!

The folks who helped me out were AWESOME. They had such a great attitude and really made me feel comfortable dropping off my laundry essentially with a bunch of strangers. The price was very fair (and fairly comparable, though slightly more expensive) than doing laundry in a standard laundromat, especially since I didn’t have to do any of the work! Laundry is so much easier when you don’t have to wash or fold it yourself!

I have been doing my annual horse blanket washing in the industrial size washer for at least 5 years. I have never had a problem, cleaned up after myself, etc. Two days ago I called to make sure it was still permitted and was told yes and to come right in. Washing horse blankets costs a ton of money. I was literally harassed by the woman working tonight. She has made no less than 5 comments as I’m stuffing my 19 quarters in the washing machine for every load. She literally came out to my car while I was on a work call to give me a hard time. I will not be back without an apology.
