5 Point Gloria Laundry & Cleaner

For the past twenty years, every time that I have been in Delaware visiting my in-laws, I have used Point Gloria for both dry cleaning and alterations. The work that Gloria does is very professional, timely, and affordable. She manages to accomplish cumbersome alterations in a timely manner and her prices are very reasonable. I recommend this establishment without reservation. Thank you, Gloria, for your good and hard work.

They have been at that location for over 35 years. I had alterations done. They are still reasonable. As for the other reviews about bad English,,, shame on you. How many languages can you speak?

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to see what time they were open til around 6:15pm on a Monday. Woman on the phone replies “No, no, no, no, no” and then hangs up. I live right down the street and wanted to go there for convenience. Will definitely NOT be going there ever! How incredibly rude and what awful customer service.
