Vanessa Hernandez is a real down to earth person who works in the office and is easy to talk to and gets back to residents on issues.

Everything is fine and Dandy when you first move in. Then comes the punishment for moving in and signing a lease & the rental increases every year. And no upgrades ,And if you do get to rent with upgrades you will pay dearly for it. They hire anyone to cut the grass it’s usually hit or miss. You cant trust them smile in your face talk behind your back.

I went to inquire about the apartments and Vanessa was very sweet and helpful. It was different than what I was expecting. Thank you for your assistance and hopefully will have an apartment soon.

We just left after over two years because we purchased a home. Otherwise we could have stayed for many more years. The maintenance team was the best. They are friendly and professional and responsive to every request. The office staff are great. We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Meadows and will miss our neighbors.
