We are extremely disappointed with our house buying experience withJenn in the Olson Realty. We are first time home buyer and trusted Jenn for getting our house. We didn’t get approved for home loan and we are supposed to get our deposit back according to the contract. However, it’s been 3 month and we haven’t gotten the deposit back. We keep asking Jenn and she just said it was out of her control. The reality is that she never actively reached out to us out to give us any updates. She only cares about if she can earn money from us because she keeps sending us information about new home without following up our deposit. I asked Jenn’s assistant for her supervisor’s contact information, but they never send those info to me. I will not recommend to work with Olson realty as I feel they are not in your best interest!!!

Absolute perfection. Nick Barkin's with Olsen Realty is simply amazing. Moving is difficult enough; but moving from Texas to Delaware was unimaginable.nNick listened to what was needed and he more than delivered; from big back yard for the dogs and cat to a nice to a perfect front yard for the Christmas display. If you' re looking to buy or sell property and want it done properly, use Nick.

Nick Barkins is a TOP NOTCH realtor. Olson Realty handled the sale of my home flawlessly from beginning to end. I'm not a first time seller and whether I owned 1 or 10 homes in Delaware I'd pick Olson Realty to sell them all. More importantly I'd want Nick Barkins handling all those negotiations.nnYou can't go wrong with Olson Realty!

We used Olson Realty in March of 2015 to buy our new home. Jim was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and honest and directed us as best as he could through the process of buying our new home and renting our old. Since then, he has taken the time to follow up on our purchase as well as currently volunteer his time to help us rent our other home again.
