We were very happy with our service from Burns & Ellis. Not only were they responsive but they kept us on track for what need to be done. Selling a house is emotional (especially a childhood home) but they made the process easy and we had an offer within two days of being on the market. We highly recommend Burns & Ellis!

In early June we met with Terry and Tom Burns at our home for advice on selling. After following the spot-on suggestions regarding prep and pricing, we listed the house in late June. The house was under contract in one day! We experienced some of the typical procedural hiccups, and each time Terry was on it; keeping us well-informed at every step. The property closed July 31st. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
