Oct 2020 Josh Michael installed our new Spring Well whole house water filtration and salt free softener system. Completed in under 4Hrs and below estimate. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing work for either big or small jobs.
The JDM team did a great job in responding to my clogged drain and not only solved the existing issue but the root cause.nThey could have taken the easy way but worked diligently to resolve long term.nAll of this after just coming back from their vacation.
Can’t say enough about Josh and his team at JDM. Took my call after-hours, and within 30 minutes a truck was in my driveway. We had a busted line flooding the basement. Garrett the tech was friendly knowledgeable, went out of his way to fix our problem quickly. He was a great representative for his company.nI will refer JDM to anyone- and everyone!
Had our whole house water filter explode last night. Called Josh at 0730. He diverted one of his crews to look at it. They were here before 0800. Took pics and Josh had Mike here before noon. Job was done great. Reasonably priced. Outstanding customer servicenI highly recommend this company.
JDM is a very honest plumber. Punctual and easy to work with. The price is very competitive and is definitely not a pushy businessman. Would def do business with again!
