The staff is very nice and friendly when I came in for an application. Unfortunately I must give this business one star as I give any apartment complex or business a one star who has a zero tolerance policy on finances or background checks. I do not do business with entities that promote cycles of poverty under no exception policies, and will not be applying. I wish them all the best in the future.

Just moved in here about 2 months ago with my girlfriend and we're already loving it. I gotta say the pricing is amazing for what I'm getting. The units have hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances which really give it that modern touch. And the location is so convenient, right off of 13 and rt 1 make it super easy for us to commute to work. The way things are looking, we'll probably be staying here for a while.

I just recently bought a house and I am so sad to say I'll be leaving Sunnyside :( This has been my home for the last 3 years and it is definitely going to be hard saying goodbye. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking in Smyrna/Dover. These properties are by far the nicest in the area. I spent months looking prior to finding Sunnyside, and everywhere I looked just gave me a bad feeling or didn't make me feel safe. I've never had any problems living here and any maintenance issues were fixed super quick. The office staff is very friendly and all the hospitality has been very much appreciated. I'm really going to miss this place.

Had a great experience living here. Quiet and the front office personnel were very nice. Great and easy commute to work (I worked at Dover AFB). Great quality for the price!

Beautiful apartments with reasonable cost of rent. Property management are very nice people. I would certainly recommend moving in here to future tenants looking to move.
