Key Realty assisted us with the purchase of our rental property. They also provide the property management as well. The staffed walked us through this process in a professional manner. Louis’s advise has been on point and completely removed the stress from the purchase. The property is being managed in an extremely professional manner, leaving the owner without any concerns.

The reviews are very surprising to me. Fortunately, I can’t agree. I’ve been a tenant for about 5yrs now and have never had an issue with this company. Any concerns I’ve had I brought to their attention and they’ve tended to it immediately, with both respect and professional. My husband I were not in the best place where applying for our home but were capable of upholding our promise. Mr. Wright extended grace to us that wasn’t required of him. For this we will always be grateful. We’ve continued to hold our promise, as has he. We love our home and the memories we’ve created here. There’s honestly nothing negative I can imagine saying.
