Capitol Cleaners & Launderers

They did a nice job on my laundry but very pricey. I had two suits and three shirts cleaned and It was $38. I thought that was a little much. . . . I don't know I haven't took clothes to dry cleaners in a while. I've seen dry cleaners up in New Castle for shirts dry cleaned at a $1.98 a piece. I only went to Capitol cleaners because it was in my neighborhood.

I took an Old Land's End Wool Sweater there that had been stained, they tried but not satisfied. So they sent it back to work on the deeply stained spots, it was better, but would never be the same as New. The Stains were just there too long. But I appreciate that they gave it a good try 2 X's.nnThen I took a Spring Outfit & that was completely finished in 2 Days. Very Nice!! They try to please the customer & that Counts!!

They always clean my husbands uniforms and do an excellent job.

No issue. Only one lady on duty, so if you find more customer in line, your rating might come down because of the waiting time.

I needed a shirt and a pair of pants pressed only, by Wednesday for a very important event. I dropped it off late Monday and was assured it would be ready by Wednesday. It was not. I was given an excuse that their machine was down at their plant and I would not receive it in time, when I tried to pick it up on the promised date. They should of called me and let me know on Tuesday (That's when they knew). No call and no professionalism on there behalf to make things right. I ended up having to spend over a 100 dollars to buy another outfit. They just didn't care. Mistakes can happen, but, zero effort was given to try to make me happy. I will not use this company again. My one star rating is generous for this company, at this time. They offered no apology and just flat out didn't care.
