Kevin was awesome to deal with. He came out to look at my drain field within 24 hours of calling him and let me know it had definitely collapsed. He recommended a guy to come do the soil test and diagram for the permits. Once permits were in hand, Kevin was here less than a week later. The yard looks great and he even seeds when he's finished. I highly recommend this company!
While they did replace my septic in a timely (minus waiting on the state for approval) manner after the purchase of my home, they are absolutely horrible at answering the phone or returning calls. I was told to call a month after the completion of the job so they could fill in any holes or ditches from settlement. I have 4 bad spots where there are ditches a foot deep and they will not return calls or fix the solution. It’s been WEEKS and nothing has been done. I don’t recommend this company if you expect communication and completion of service.nn-Kandi Braley
