Had an appointment for an estimate made over a week ago. Had a two hour window which I took time off work for and planned my day around. No call ahead like they said I would get, and no one showed. You call that professional? Choose a different company. One with standards and who appreciates their potential customers and their business. This place is clearly not that.
Didn't use this company, due to the services needed wasn't provided. Still looking to have bathroom work done.
Highly recommend Henry Eashum, they came out fast and fixed my hot water heater issue! Very honest and hard workers. Thanks for doing an awesome job!
Always friendly and helpful, they will get you an appointment as quick as possible as well.
They came to my house for what I thought was a leak under my hot water heater. Turned out to be more and all they kept saying is that it would take a long time. I was told they had to call into the office before they could do anything. After the call I was told they were really ac and heater techs that the office would call me and set up a time for a team to come out to do the job. I never heard from them again.nUpdate: they called back 2 days later, by that time I already had the work done by another company.
