Service today? You would think that they would call you back the same day. Nope they didn't bother until the next day. I originally called because my furnace went out on a Friday the person I talked to told me they may call me back that day but at the latest Monday. Not sure why the company is called service today when service may be 3 days later
Horrific customer service especially by Peter and supervisorJake they absolutely deviate from their written warranties.
Overpriced. Tech came out told me needed a part they had to order and charged me 250.00 for an hour's work.
