Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was great. It was hot and delicious. Our server did a great job. But the reason it's not 5 Star, is the kitchen. It took forever to get our orders. I did not time it, but my guess is about 30 - 45 minutes for our order to come out. Overall it was very good. We will return.

The wait was not bad, we were told it would be about an hour, but ended up being about a half hour, which was not bad at all for a Saturday evening. The wait on the food wasn’t bad either. Everything was hot and delicious! Very courteous staff and friendly even though they were busy. Very satisfied with my visit today and I will be back soon! Love Red Robin!

I want to start by saying our food and service was a 5. Why the 3 rating is it was very concerning that 3 members of the staff, 2 servers, and a hostess, were not wearing their mask appropriately, nose and nostrils uncovered. We saw 4 managers come out to hostess desk, but nothing was mentioned about the unsafe mask position if you cannot cover your nose and mouth, it is the same as no mask at all.nnAgain, our server, and those delivering our food were excellent. The burgers are exceptional, and love the zuchinni fries.

Saw the early bad reviews of this restaurant (opened less than a month ago) and wondered if I should even chance it.nnI called for pick up curb side... was told 20 minutes... and it was ready when I got there at 23 minutes. ud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbnnHad the Southwest Salad... maybe the best salad I’ve ever had... it was EXCELLENT! ud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffbnnOverall everything was great. Great experience! Short wait for a table at 130 on a Wednesday, but not bad. Food was delicious. My fiancee had the impossible cheeseburger and loved it. I had the Burning Love burger, but with grilled chicken and it was delicious also. I think that was my first non-burger at red robin, but I'm glad I tried it! Service was also great, and we'll y paced.
