When I had some mental problems a police officer from this department showed great empathy and offered kind words while I was in a dark place. Truly incredible

I’ve unfortunately needed to call the police twice in the last month. The first time I wish they had arrived quicker but when the officer got there he was caring and thorough. The second incident was timely and the three officers were organized, prepared, kind, and competent.

Absolutely unbelieveable! Ordered AND PAID FOR a police report and photos. Received report, but never got the photos. When I called the records department, they said they were mailed. When I asked if they would resend, the OFFICE MANAGER advised me that I had to pay ANOTHER $15 for the photos even though I'd already payed for them. When I discussed this with the police chief, he simply said that he agreed with whatever his manager said. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THE CHIEF OF POLICE AND CITY MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THIS TYPE OF POOR MANAGEMENT! WE SURE KNOW WHO WEARS THE PANTS IN THAT POLICE DEPARTMENT!
