Bought a home that didn't have A/C, and knew we wanted to have that luxury. Started calling around for quotes, and quickly discovered that businesses of all kinds (including HVAC) have been hit hard by the pandemic; very few HVAC companies were taking new customers, and almost everyone was booked months out - and it was the middle of June, with hot weather soon to come. I had an appointment with an estimator from a competing firm, who was late, and on the same date, Robert, with Advanced Mechanical, happened to be in the neighborhood giving an estimate to my neighbor. I had flagged him over to my house, thinking he was there for my estimate. Robert offered to swing by after finishing up next door, to give me an estimate, even though I did not have an appointment. Turned out to be a great opportunity - and a very competitive estimate for a better system than I expected to be able to afford. (The other estimator did eventually show up, but never actually sent me the promised estimate at all.) At every step in the process, Advanced Mechanical was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, & considerate. They arrived on installation day masked and careful to maintain social distance, while also ensuring I understood the new system before they left. They came prepared, and the installation was done very quickly. They answered all my questions, and everyone on the team was polite and professional. None of that would matter if the system they installed was noisy, or didn't perform well. It's a great system, well-installed, and I'm very satisfied that the job was well-done, and the money well-spent. I'm calling Advanced Mechanical Services first, the next time I need HVAC services of any kind.

I am super happy with this service. Robert helped me take advantage of Oregon's rebate deal for a heat pump for my mobile home. My heating bills have been astronomical so this has been an amazing opportunity for me. Service was prompt, professional, and super courteous. I did a lot of reading of online reviews of heat pump companies and chose Advanced and am glad I did. Definitely recommend.
