Firstly CHRISTY WILKINS, one of the agents at ERA lied about the reasoning for putting myself, roommate, and child out of the apartment located on 117 nw Front St. Milford, DE. My roommate and I where current on our rent but she stated that the landlord, George Short wanted to remodel apartment B, which is where I was staying. To turn into a office. We received a 60 day notice and was forced to relocate. Just a few short months later the same apartment was for rent. She kept our security deposit saying we left the apartment in a bad condition, which was also a LIE!!!! She attempted to retrieve more money by threatening us with court which she never went through with, because she definitely would’ve lost... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO ANYWHERE NEAR ERA REALTY ESPECIALLY CHRISTY WILKINS!

Christy has a very bad attitude and is very rude. I was communicating with her and the day we were suppose to meet she called the day I was suppose to look at the apartment and said I was going to show you the apartment and we can just sign the lease. I said I need/ want time to look at the lease. Christy said “ you seen one you seen them all “. I also told Christy I was currently renting and needed to give my current manager a 30 day notice. She replied “ I thought you were ready to move now “ I said why would you think that, when I initially spoke to you I explained everything to you. Christy said to me I have several people who have applied since you did. I knew sooner than later that was coming. She is a poor excuse for a realtor/ property manager.

The agent, Christy needs her listener revolved. I am definitely reporting her to the Real Estate Board for her ethics and conduct towards a potential client. I have addressed the situation and will be doing a telephone interview with the Board on May 30, 2019. She is rude and acted just like a child responding to my inquiry. I have retained all nasty messages from her as if she does not care about me reporting her. Well I just did and expect to get good results. I have bought and sold property many times with agents and by far I have never run into anyone like her with her foul mouth.nnOh well reconciliation day for her

My property was rented using their property management services, which was a terrible experience. They placed unqualified tenants in my property. The tenant's paid rent late every month and even the 1st month they were allowed by my property manager to move in. The the property manager backed out of the contract ,once I refused to re-new the tenant's lease. The tenants failed to pay last month rent and left the place in bad condition. They then placed the same tenants into another rental unit with no problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have a contract signed by the seller to buy a house through Harringtonera. There is a slight delay in selling my old house now Harringtonera is trying to sell it out from under me. They also said that they do not want to return my $5,000 deposit. I would not recommend Harringtonera under any circumstances to anyone.
