What a fabulous plumber!!! I have used him two times now and both times I had an excellent experience. My hot water heather broke previously and he came to my house immediately after the call on a Sunday, because he could clearly tell how upset I was. I am a teacher and it was the day before school was starting and my family had no hot water! He came out installed and cleaned up everything within 2 hours. The second Time I used his services he came as soon as he could fit me on his schedule. It was a holiday and he did not even charge me extra!!! He fixed my issue in my bathroom quickly and efficiently, then he looked at another issue in another bathroom and fix it. It needed an additional part for another $80 however the part was under warranty. Instead of charging me the money to get the new one he replaced it and allowed me to contact the company to get the part. His prices are extremely fair and reasonable, he’s very well mannered does a wonderful job and comes right on time. I would highly recommend him and his services!!!!

I needed a plumber to install a new kitchen faucet and fix a leaky valve under my kitchen sink. Dylan was able to get me an appointment really quickly and did a great job. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and the price seemed really fair. From talking with him, you know that he appreciates the opportunity for your job, and he treats you accordingly. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs and will absolutely use him for anything I need in the future.

When our well pump died and we had no water we called early in the morning and Dylan got right on the job the same day! We had water by 1:30 pm! His bill was very reasonable too! The best part about this experience was the outstanding customer service by Dylan. He's a young guy giving old time service you rarely get these days.

Dylan has done big and small jobs for me. First was replacing all old rusted galvanized steel plumbing in a 100+ yr old house, replace a 21 yr old water heater and serviced an older water softener. Second job was a clogged drain (actually remnants of an old drain snake) that another company was unable to clear a few months earlier. I've referred him to friends/family and they've been very pleased with the service as well. Definitely will be my go to plumber from now on.

I called Dylan in a panic early one morning as my overflow valve in toilet busted in middle of night. He came that same day and fixed it.nnI also had him look at another bathroom tub as I had been noticing leaks here and there.nnHe noticed a crack straight down the middle.nnHe quickly did a estimate and ordered the tub/shower and set up an appt.nnHe kept in constant communication in text or phone call. I had ao many questions and he never made me feel I was bothering him.nnHe talked me through each thing he was doing during the demo and offered solutions to make things easier.nnHe even offered to replace toilet rather than just save it until ahower was installed ..nnHe is top notch and very professional, courteous and the value for the work he does is very good.nnI highly recommend him for any plumbing need you may have.
