Was given a date for how long service was going to be and when it wasn't even looked at by that date I manned up and just picked up the machine to take somewhere else and that would have been the end. However the smartasses thought it would be funny to full around and unhook things on the machine. Little do they know I'm a mechanic. To be continued.....

I have tried to contact these folks on several occasions over the past several months to purchase a new John Deere tractor. Not once has anyone replied to countless calls or emails. I have finally given up. It seems that the John Deere dealers don't need the business, especially the ones in Delaware. My cash is just as good at the Kubota dealer where I have at least been given the courtesy of good communication.

We had our mower picked up for tuning up and got a call that the bill is ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Why didn't Taylor & Messick call and confirm that we authorize the added charges....we are in absolute SHOCK...The mower is older and we wouldn't have spent that money on it we just wanted it tuned up...the mower is under my daughter's name Ashley
