Always good and friendly service , Pricing is great I will keep using them .
Left a dress to be altered for a week, went to pick it up today & all they did was safety pin it and never hemmed it. Guy at the counter said my wife could wear it to the wedding with the safety pins showing. Are you kidding me? No phone calls or follow up, had to stop by to see if it was ready & it wasn’t. Wedding is in 1 day. Very disappointed with their lack of communication.
Took a wool blanket to get cleaned. Got it back still covered in dog hair. Don’t go here
Job gets done. Never had a screw-up. Answers the phone. Managed to patch a hole in my pants for a reasonable price when others told me I should just replace them.
Frustrating hours. It would be nice if they were open for a half day on Saturday.
