I work at Whittier Jr. I was told that a person of athority cut my chain and let someone ride off with my bike. So file stolen report. They stated good file but they have yet to catch a thift.nnNow I see why peoples take matter in their own hands.

The female officer who answered the phone was unprofessional. A family member was reported missing. She just hung up on me.

Rude and not helpful. Called for loitering and was told to call 911. I thought that's what you called the police for and 911 was for real emergencies.
