These police officers are unprofessional. No one is at the front desk till about 1000. The phone just rings They do not keep there word and treat the victims as suspects as well. My mother inlaw and I had to wait an hour till officer Gibson came to speak to us about an incident that occurred while I was away. He was in the back laughing it up,joking with the other police. He then comes to talk to me for about 10 min and then leaves to be on another call that was more important than mine. He asked for us to wait. We waited for 2hours. By that time another policeman comes outside says he would release my car to me in a hour. That was SATURDAY. I called to remind him to release the hold. IM BEING TOLD THAT HES NOW OFF DUTY TILL WEDNESDAY. No one would release my car but him and he won’t get the message till Wednesday. This is unacceptable! Obviously your life doesn’t matter to them and the only thing that does is them getting off duty. Now I’m being told I have to wait till Wednesday and that’s more money out my pocket that I have to couch up.

So, if you are here, hopefully you are not in trouble. Be courteous to the officers and they will be happy to help you out. Please keep in mind that it's an operations facility and people are busy. So, be courteous.
