Staff engagement best, and very nice lots of restrooms. The others didn't have enough. So big the place was amazing

These people are incompetent. They issued timed entry tickets for November 11 and then closed the musuem without notice so many people showed up in pouring rain only to find out they wasted $10 on Metro or $25 on parking for nothing. Since all timed entry tickets were booked online it should have been a simple matter to notify the people but they could not be bothered. No information provided at the door either, just a surly guard shooing people away every so often. STAY AWAY. Ther are many other things to do in this scity and some of them might be well run.

The Smithsonian American Art Museum (commonly known as SAAM, and formerly the National Museum of American Art) is a museum in Washington, D.C., part of the Smithsonian Institution. As an artist, the array of expression throughout is magnificent. Paid respects to those fallen due to injustice. There's a lot to see, we really appreciated this trip and all the things we saw. Everyone truly enjoyed it!!
