Help was available and never pushy at every turn. My visit was pleasant and I got nearly everything on my list (with the exception of DAP hole filler).
A great place to hit if you are looking for affordable tools. The tools there run from dirt cheap to a bit more expensive. They rate their tools from fair to best, and it's like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. So always keep that in mind while shopping here but even so they have an amazing selection from extend grabbers to heavy equipment for construction.
For what it is, it is a toolman's paradise. Local branch is helpful clean and customer oriented. I like buying tools and here is where I party
I've done a lot of business at this store, and I've always been taken care of in a polite respectful fashion UNTIL TODAY. I go into the store to get things as usual, and I find one of said things on one of their open box specials. After the supervisor goes and finds the key (20 minutes later), he then informs me that an employee made a mistake and they wouldn't sell me said open box and peeled the stickers off the item in question. When I asked if I could still buy it at the price I was told no sorry. Excuse me? I saw the price, it should be honored, that's called good business practices. I was treated very poorly and disrespected in this instance. I know anyone reading this won't care and will continue to shop this store/company, but I know for one the short comings of the staff left me disgusted, and I won't shop this store again. I'll go elsewhere, I don't really care. I deserve better treatment than what I got today. Edgar - if you're reading this, I will be in contact with you next time your on shift.
