Old food - bugs?nIt pains me to write this because I am a big fan of sweet green, but a couple nights ago I purchased the feta and corn side (in addition to two salads) and the side was bad. We couldn’t figure out if bugs were in the corn or if some vegetables had just gone so bad that they looked slimy and like worms or bugs. Regardless, it was gross and I would not recommend going to this location. This also makes me nervous about going to other locations. I always thought sweet green took extra precautions to make sure their food was fresh, but thus makes me nervous.

Similar to a recent reviewer, I’m disappointed with this SweetGreen location’s quality control. Specifically, related to bugs.nnLast Thursday (10/15/20), I picked up a salad for lunch and had taken one bite when I noticed part of a beetle in my salad. I reached out to SweetGreen on the corporate website, hoping to at least recoup the $13 wasted on a salad I then could not and did not eat, but I’ve received no response in over a week. I was already disappointed with this location’s consistently-undercooked sweet potatoes and habit of occasionally leaving off ingredients from online orders. That combined with being utterly grossed out means I don’t plan on eating from this location again anytime soon.

I love sweetgreen and have spent more money on these salads than I'd like to admit but this location always has dry kale. I don't get it.

This location is great. The customer service is excellent. Salads are fresh and pretty well crafted. The menu changes so there are always a few options to choose from. They have upstairs seating in case the first floor gets crowded. I think the bike decor is pretty cool as well.
