Go elsewhere - it's just not worth it.nnI read previous reviews and didn't think the dry cleaner was THAT bad. I was wrong.nnI dropped off a suit for tailoring (small rip). They didn't do what I asked. On top of that, the repair job was poor. I haven't worn the suit since.nnThe reaction when I complained? Unprofessional and accusatory.nnI noted I wouldn't go there any longer and leave them a poor review online. They had no reaction.

I asked if they could fix a spaghetti strap on my dress and they wanted $15.00 for it. I was so surprised it was that expensive that I asked him again. He yelled at me and pretty much told me that if I did not like it I could go somewhere else, which I did and got it done for $5.00 instead.

I was in my way to work today when I realized that the soles of my shoes were slowly coming off. It would have been a bummer and I was already thinking of going home but then I saw this shoe repair. Their rates were quite okay and so I went it and they did a pretty good job.

These women were amazingly wonderful. Thank you for accommodating us in a panic.

Very helpful with tailoring. I bought a suit mid-afternoon and needed it the next day, and they were able to tailor it perfectly and have it ready for me the next morning right at opening for no extra cost! The prices are standard for tailoring. Can't speak to the cleaning service, as I've never used it. They are the most polite couple, and I can imagine these other people giving poor reviews for customer service must have done something pretty annoying to be yelled at in *Korean* (not Chinese).
