Their tailoring is either too short or too long. It’s impossible to guess what your pants or jacket will look like afterwards. I brought in three pairs of the same pants. The lengths on all of them were different. One pair even had different lengths for each leg.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and the service has always be great. Very friendly staff and good alterations as well!

One of the worst dry cleaning experiences that I have ever had. In short, my clothing wreaked of cigarette smoke when returned to me, not to mention the poor quality of the cleaning and ironing service. I would not recommend that you place your trust in this abysmal business.

Trust the reviews - this is the lowest quality dry cleaner in the area. I used Sundown 3 times over the course of two months. With each batch there were problems. An expensive dress was turned white to a faint red. (Not as important, but similarly, the white inner lining of a pair of trousers was also stained red). There was a color fade (appearing like a bleach stain) on the visible outer part of a made-to-measure dress shirt collar less than 1 year old (

Its a decent dry cleaners. I had a white shirt wit stains on it. Lady said they couldnt b removed but i washed it myself. Stains came right out. She was however able to press it 4 me the next day. She also did an alteration on a shirt 4 me that was PERFECT!!! The prices for their service is decent. I will continue 2 do service wit them. I just couldnt give them 5 stars.
