Good clean store with polite staff! I swore off of Lowe's because of the crop store near me. This one however was much better and had what l was looking for

Have been trying to support Lowe’s for so many reasons. This location is clean and as long as you can find something yourself it’s great. We’ve been trying to get an estimate on installation of security doors for about a month. We put a request in online. Tried to call and follow up only be on hold for 45 min and never reach anyone. Okay fine, maybe you’re busy. We go in to the shore and speak with an associate you tells us they don’t follow up on online requests. So we had to come in anyways. Fine. Annoying because it should tell you that online but again, whatever. We make our $35 payment and never hear from anyone. We call again. No one answers or if they do they send you the department for security doors and they do not answer. More time on hold with no answer. We go in, again. Turns out they never saved our phone number. Okay, so someone finally comes three days later to measure for doors. Fast forward another five days. No word back. Tried to call and again no answer after being on hold another 45 min. Call back and finally ask for a manager, don’t want to be that person but now we’re wasting time. Still no resolution. At this point we will find someone else.

This Lowe’s location is always clean, well organized and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I also want to give a special Kudos to Vanessa in customer service. My employees go to buy materials and call me to pay. Most of the time it is Vanessa that I speak to and she’s such a delight to speak with...a ray of sunshine through the phone! If you see her, make sure you flash a big smile her way!

Great customer service in the lumber and plumbing departments on multiple occasions, not just answering direct questions but suggesting alternates that hadn’t been considered. David in plumbing department is great, embarrassingly didn’t catch the names of the people in lumber but they will definitely be seeing me as a customer again.
