Petworth Ace Hardware

I am a 63 year old women who bought 8 (40 pound) bags of Top Soil on a rainy day and was told that no one could help me load the bags into my car. I live in Petworth and make every effort to support community business. Other hardware stores driving distance would have provided assistance. My first response to poor service from our community store.

Love my local ACE hardware. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have most things. I probably go once a week!

Excellent customer service I was served by Steve, that man is a genius when it comes to screws and bolts and thread sizes, A+ to Ace Hardware store thank you Steve.

The staff member are so pleasant and helpful. Their stock in some departments was out. The store has staff at the door, because they are practicing social distancing in store.

I visited in search of houseplants and was not disappointed. The prices were reasonable and there was a nice range of well kept indoor and outdoor plants as well as care supplies. I also enjoyed the variety of planters they had available. I absolutely recommend and will definitely return!
