Wonderful experience at this Annie's. Needed some screws and the person working in that aisle really helped me a lot. He took the time to listen and find just what I needed, and I solved my furniture problem when I got home! In both Covid and non-Covid times, this is my favorite hardware store in the city! The staff is always super helpful, and will even take the time to explain different tools, parts, or processes to you if you have questions! They have everything from paint to gardening supplies to key services to hardware to pest control to household supplies, so I know I can rely on them for anything I need. During Covid they are letting 5 customers in the store at a time, which makes for a safe and expedient shopping visit.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Good selection. If someone doesn’t have an answer they find someone else who does.
