Wasn't too much of a great experience. I bought supply for a project that would cost $20 at home depot and was $40 at this place. Everything was cramped too. Lastly the staff is super nice but some one kept coming up to me every 5 minutes asking me if I needed help. Maybe because I'm young or I looked lost but I knew what I needed and just wanted to be left in peace. I'm more of a home depot person, where everything is spread out, no one pesters you, and tools are more affordable. The only reason to go to this place is location. The nearest home depot is a far up north. If you have a car and a list of equipment or materials you need go to home depot.

Had what I couldn't find at Home Depot - plus staff was so helpful. I love the feel of your friendly neighborhood urban hardware store. It was a great first visit!

Frager's is as good as always. got a key duplicated very quickly. Find several disparate items fairly quickly despite the new floorplan. I'm very glad to see them back where they should be.

Great to have such a good hardware and garden store on Capitol Hill.
