Great Home Depot Freud Mt staff always available to help you find what your looking for. Some things were sold out per norm considering current state of things but overall they had almost everything came in for. Also had a great floral selection inside and outside.

Well...I got measurements for a storm door taken through Home Depot and ordered the door based on those measurements. After a bunch of phone tag with the store, I was then told I had to physically go to the store to schedule someone coming to install the door, which I did. I’ve now been here for 30 minutes and unable to find someone who can help me despite talking to three different employees. Went to the door section which was a ghost town so I found an employee who called for assistance in the door section. I waited for about 10 minutes or so, then went and found someone else, who told me to go to Customer Service. Went there and they told me to go back to the door section and called again for someone to go there to assist me. Been sitting here back in the door section, alone, for another ten minutes. I’m gonna give it another 10 minutes and in the meantime look up other companies in the area that might be able to install this door for me, because I have wasted about all the time I care to trying to find someone to help with this.

Was overcharged on several items. Told the cashier, and he was totally confused. Told him to return the items to my card and re ring with the correct price. He was confused what to do. So he gave me cash and started ringing the items. I told him that I didn't want cash just return to my card. After about 10 minutes. I asked for another person who could help. Other than that , I enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

Keep in mind this is a DC Home Depot. Higher prices, hiring on quotas and all the stail 70s Disco you can stand. People who sleep outside to keep prices low while helping you.
