I had never gotten my used car detailed before, so even though I was recommended the gold package, it needed a lot more work than anticipated. Mike went above and beyond in getting the inside of my car clean. He was there for longer than he anticipated, just to get more done with the dog fur in my interior. He was super communicative throughout the process and the car looks better than ever!

I hired Premere to detail my vehicle after it was stolen and the criminals hotboxed my car. Cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and quality. In three hours, my car looked and smelled as good as new. The price was high, but totally worth it.

The whole experience was positive. It seemed a bit pricey but it was very professional, and the car isn't just clean - it looks restored. E.g., leather steering wheel had faded leather spots. Those looks restored. Cup holders had hard to remove dried spilled latte in them. Those look clean. It was a very good job on the interior (which is what is most important for a detailing isn't it?).

I called Premere because I was interested in getting a protective coating on my car. Mike was very prompt when answering all my questions, and his pricing was very reasonable for the area.nnDavid, the employee who worked on my car, did an absolutely fantastic job. My car has never looked better, even when it was brand new. I will definitely be using Premere again.
