I was nervous going because it was my first time at this salon. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming and put me right at ease. Melissa was WONDERFUL!! She helped me formulate a plan so I could achieve the style and color I wanted, explained to me what she was doing as she went along, & made great product recommendations. The gentleman doing my shampoo gave a wonderful scalp massage & I left feeling refreshed, happy, & satisfied. Would definitely recommend this salon & Melissa for a great experience!
Great stylist. They are taking safety seriously and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time.
I love Bang! There's so much good to say, but in short I went to Ryan for 4 years because he always gave me exactly what I wanted and only left because I moved to NYC. Ryan had great advice when I wanted a change in style, listened attentively when I wasn't thrilled about something, asked and remembered what was going on in my life to make the time pass quickly, and would even find time in his busy schedule if I needed something quick (but definitely book ahead of time, he's popular!)nnMost importantly, I kept going back to Ryan over the years because his cuts made me feel better and more confident about myself. We all need to be reminded that we can look and feel our best at any time. Ryan is the type of stylist that helped me see that in myself.
Gabby is the best! She's very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She always listens and explains what she's doing along the way. My hair is very thick and if the cut it's not done right it can look pretty bad, but because she knows what she's doing it always looks good.
Gabby did a great job with my hair. It had been a year and I went with a shorter women's pixie cut. She took before and after pics, wanted feedback as we went, and will have the info saved for next time to make the style even better. I am blown away by the service and my new style.
