My experience with Ashleigh and her assistant Kenecia’s customer service was hot garbage and I never even got my appointment scheduled. I had my consultation for color which was $35 and was told the assistant would contact me to make my appointment. I heard from her days later with the option of scheduling on a Thursday at 10:00 or an appointment all the way in December. Neither appointment worked for me. The stylist has to be the first in history to not work evenings and weekends. This made it difficult for me to make an appointment as I work 9-5. After two weeks of back and forth with the assistant, I finally reached out to Ashleigh via instagram and she left my messages seen blatantly ignoring me. After being ignored of course I no longer wanted to do business with them so I requested a refund which was also left on read. I’m really disappointed in the treatment I received from them both as I was looking forward to being styled by Ashleigh. For me customer service is a big deal and a stylist requesting $310 for services should have way better service than I received.

I was impressed by the quality of styling and haircare that I saw. The stylists here seem like pros and know how to work with black and ethnic hair and will do an incredible job on your locks. I brought my daughter in for a haircut and expected to be there for maybe 1.5-2 hours but ended up being there for a whopping 5.5 hours. They did a lot of stuff that was probably good for her hair but weren't necessary in my opinion. The washed, detangled, conditioned, steamed, cut, then did a second rinse, a hair mask and styling treatment, hood hair dry, then some more trimming. As the hours dragged on, I was worried that this was going to cost me an arm as a leg bit I paid $130 for all of it, which I thought was very fair. The cut wasn't exactly what we asked for in the picture we brought and ended up being too short in the front. I don't know if we'll come back again or not. She's not due for a cut for a while so I'll decide when I get closer to that time.

Ashleigh gave me the best haircut of my life last week! Highly highly recommend them and the salon. The vibe of the entire establishment was very warm, calm, and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind, and they even let me order food to the salon while I waited for my hair to dry. 10/10!
