Great pizza. Not greasy unlike other placesnThe slices can actually hold their selves up, which I like I don't like limpy pizza. Fairly priced. Easy to order from. Great staff. They deliver to pretty much anywhere. Sometimes they can get a little backed up which is understandable and delivery times go up to about 45 minutes to an hour but they explain why. Which is valuable to me. Clarity is one thing that brings customers back. I really love their All Meat pizza!

The pizza itself is good. The food, i recommend. The past three or four times, the service was pretty awful. I always order ahead online and go pick it up myself. When i got there on two different occasions, the entry was crowded with people waiting for their orders. As we compared notes, while waiting, everyone waited for an hour or longer for their orders to be handed to them. We have also had problems with our order not being completed as specified.

Edit: One of their corporate guys was actually in-store and went through hell dealing with me to try to make it right, so let me fix this. The chain appears to be a great chain, this was just a bad first experience with a new employee who doesn't understand the basics of capitalism. customer experience can affect the profitability of a business. Hopefully he learns so humility to accept the mistakes he makes on his job and not be a dismissive to customers or others.n(I'm still working on my hot headedness)nnThe pizza is actually amazing... the flavor is wonderful, I'm kind of sad I just learned about the place.nnleaving original review below so yall can see how they turned around this experience, 5 solid stars on service to fix an issue. 5 solid stars on taste.nnPay close attention to the ticket price, they tried to charge me an extra dollar over advertised price for gluten free crust, and large topping rate on a medium pizza. The kid working the register was rude when I pointed out the discrepancies, but paying $19+ dollars for a medium pizza is too rich for their quality of pizza.nnI'm not sure if they're trying to skim the register or just really don't know how to do their job but I suggest literally anywhere else.
