This place charged me $31 to transfer my records. Never had that happen before. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Patients beware. The doctor froze off a wart without asking me or telling me of the charges. There was no verbal exchange about price or process. He just left the room, returned with a device, and removed it.nnAt first I wasn't upset because it was easy and painless. Then I got the bill. It was $244 to remove the wart without explanation of that my insurance does cover the charge.nnI would have never have allowed this to happen when I could have gone to Walgreens and bought the freeze off for $14.99.nnWhen I called to address the charges I was told that the bill is correct and that it is my responsibility to know what my insurance covers and doesn't. After I told her that the doctor didn't even ask if I wanted the proceedure her answer was still the same.nnI am writing this review and gave a one star based on this horrible business practice. Patients should be told of what to expect and asked if the proceedure and costs are acceptable before proceeding.

Awesome doctor and nurses. I’ve had a hard time finding a dermatologist that knows what they’re doing. Problem solved the first visit! Thank you!
