The place is cheaply built with staples coming out of the carpets in places and most windows don’t have screens. The water heater is constantly shut off for some reason and in 7 months of living here maintenance has never once answered any requests. There are places like The Row that are in the same area, better managed, and cheaper than here. If the management issue gets fixed then I’m sure this would be a fine place to live.

Yesinia, the leasing manager for Rupple Meadows has been amazing to work with during our whole leasing process! She obviously cares so much about our little community and works hard to make sure everyone is well taken care of. The townhouses themselves are spacious and beautiful, me and my family are so proud to be Rupple Meadows residents it really does feel like home ud83cudfe1

Rupple Meadows is perhaps one of the best places to live in Fayetteville, and it's not just because of the beautiful units with quality exteriors/interiors, but also because of the management - which is a rare thing with many leases these days. Yesenia has been amazing to work with and she has been single-handedly responsible for making the entire leasing process simple and efficient ; from showing us the units to signing the lease, to accommodating our maintenance requests. If you are looking for a place that is both aesthetically beautiful and with a management that cares, Rupple Meadows is the place for you (and your four-legged buds).

Recently toured the condos and they were gorgeous. I felt they were reasonable in price and the manager was very nice. I would recommend this property.
