5 Stars for Julie and her team at First Impressions! I am a Realtor and used Julie on one of my listings. My seller had this home listed with a previous agent and it sat for 6 months with zero offers and they lowered the price $20k. He then hired me and I knew we needed a different approach. I believed in the original value so we raised the price back up $20k, and we hired Julie and her team to stage and work their magic. Within 3 days, we had a strong offer, and we sold within 30 days. Seller was thrilled and so grateful. I’m so glad he trusted me to hire them! I will be incorporating First Impressions in all of my future listings!

Staging will get you more $ and help you sell your home faster. Julie and her crew do an amazing working with the client to figure out what updates make the most sense and the biggest bang for the buck. Staging is not about adding a few pillows and flowers. It is an art.
