The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighbor are friendly.On our move in day a neighbor sent us lunch over.U don’t see too much of that anymore. I love the space we have.

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing my very first lease earlier this year, but Springdale Ridge was a very pleasant surprise.nThe neighbors are nice, the grounds are looked-after, and maintenance is quick and efficient. Exterminators visit monthly to ensure that pests are never a problem, which is a weight off of my mind, to be sure.nRent is perfectly manageable between two working adults, and the pet rent is reasonable as well.

I grew up in the house they tore down to build this abomination. Looks like Fort Chaffree on a bad day. Far too many apartments for 10 acres.

Great experience. Office staff very helpful. We just move in and love it.
