We signed a contract to list a home for sale with an agent for this company. Photos were done as arranged within a few days, then the listing agent stopped returning calls and messages completely. The home was not listed as scheduled. We had to contact the managment of the company and make arrangements to cancel the contract. By the time we were able to cancel the contract and get under contract with another listing agent, we had lost a few weeks of time to advertise and show the home.
