Our water heater went out Friday afternoon. I called Masters of Disaster but didn't get an answer. With two minutes my call was returned by Dallas. I told her my issue and she said she would call her plumbers and give me a call back. She called within five minutes and said they were on their way. Tim and Billy got here very soon after and checked the heater out and said we needed a new one....not a surprise. The surprise was that they said they would go get a new one and install it then. We were expecting to have no hot water until Monday at least but they had it installed and going Friday evening by 6. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable for an emergency service. They definitely get a 5ud83cudf1f rating from us and I highly recommend them.
These guys were awesome! They were very transparent about all the repairs and what was going to be done and the time it would take to do it. I would and will highly recommend this company! Top notch friendly service in all the staff from office to the in field team of plumbers!
When reading other reviews on yelp, another customer had used Masters of Disasters the day before Thanksgiving. I took that as a sign. The day before Thanksgiving I called Masters of Disasters at 7:30 am because all the bathtub water and toilet water was backing up into the our master shower. By 1:30 pm, Tim and Noah had arrived. They quickly assessed the situation, found the clog and fixed the problem. Thanksgiving is saved! I also have an immune compromised family member. Tim and Noah were very respectful of our situation and wore their masks from the moment they stepped out of their work van. Thank you so much for the quick and professional response. I highly recommend!
The crew arrived on time and went right to work to repair the waterline outdoors that lead into the house. They were knowledgeable and explained the problem in a manner that even I could understand. We were impressed by their “old-school “manners, and appreciated their fist bump with each other when the problem was solved after 6 hours!! We highly recommend Disaster Masters!
Very friendly service from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy, technician showed up on time (and the appt contact actually texted me that he was on his way), identified the root cause and fixed the shower pipe and leak immediately within less than hour. Appreciate the swift and professional service! I highly recommend this company!
