This store is a dangerous place to shop during a pandemic. Avoid it if at all possible. I would give it zero stars if I could. There was no curbside service all day yesterday because the TSC website was down all day. I saw no employees in the store wearing masks or gloves or practicing social distancing. The store did not seem all that clean and the messy aisles were not conducive to social distancing. The only employee who I saw wearing a mask was outside the store. Aside from her, the service was terrible. Rude. Dangerous.nI had to go inside the store because no employee would come to the door to take my order, no employee would take an order over the phone, and the website was down all day. The order was simple - five bags of horse feed. I’ll buy it some place else next time and recommend you do the same.

Dangerous place to shop. So many people with out masks. Employees had masks on below their noses.

Great place to get your outdoor tools

They were so nice , informative and helpful ! I called before going and I tried keeping it short and simple to rush off the phone but whomever assisted me was not trying to rush me and did not mind looking for what I needed. Once I arrived to the store the cashier was so polite and informed me on how to use the instrument I bought correctly! I’ve never been to such a lovely tractor co! Keep up the great work!

I want to say thank you to Amy, who I believe is the manager. I came today during a busy time to pick up my online order and had to wait awhile. As I watched all of the people going into the store without masks on I was grateful for the curbside pick up service so I could stay in my truck. Amy brought my feed out and loaded it, apologizing for my wait. She must have been tired, but was unfailingly courteous. Thank you so much for your hard work during this challenging time. I appreciate you!
