New Nails in Springdale

I really liked how fast the service was and there was no wait. The girl who did my nails, did a great job. Towards the end she even gave me a massage on my arms. She was gentle. Didn't get her name but hope to get her next time.

All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. The tools and materials were clean. The first thing I noticed was they had so many color choices, which I LOVE. (Dip, gel & regular colors). My nails also look super neat and clean. They also did a great job communicating with me to make sure I got the shape and color I wanted. Shoutout to Lucy who did an AMAZING job shaping my dip nails :)

Lady asked round or square I answered ROUND round round!!!! NOT oval!!nthey charged me 5 dollarsnextra supposedly because nails turned out looking oval but I NEVER NEVER ASKED for OVAL shapenI notified her of a 15% Discount coupon I had they supposedly applied it alreadynWhich they never did was only a SCAM to bring customers in Normally I pay $41 for dip and I always get that well this time I got the exact same but I had a 15%off because of my birthday other clients had 10% off because of the holiday Turns out with either discount I payed $42 even MORE than usual for the same Service.. So what the heck happened there?? Very disappointed!nTHEY STEAL YOUR MONEY IN YOUR FACEnToo bad I didn’t get a copy of my receipt that evening until I checked my bank account and noticed that the total that she had given me at the front desk was NOT what they charged me from my bank account.nNOT TRUSTWORTHY.nNever had this problem with previous owners of this salon.

I called last night and they got me right in for an appointment this morning. The owner is so sweet and maintains positive conversation throughout your visit. My nails look awesome too! I will be back!
