Terrible customer service. If the staff doesn’t like you they will make awful comments about you in Spanish.nHappened to me. (Little did they know I can understand and speak it fluently.) to them you are just another number they like to get you in and out quickly not minding the integrity of your hair. They will get 3 people at once touching your hair just to speed up the process and let you bake under the dryer unnecessarily. Will not go back.

I've been going to this studio for 13 years now. I love Duvic, Rosie and everyone else who works there. I won't let anyone else touch my hair!
The girls there are so sweet! They got me in last minute after my regular hair cutter couldn't. They were quick and knew what they were doing. I have a short curly pixie cut and I'm always terrified to get it done by someone new, but they did awesome!
Studio 265 is such a great experience. My family and I have been getting our hair cuts here for years. Duvic and her staff are always on point with styling skills. We always leave her studio looking fresh!
